但我們一直在思考一件事——

於是,OH!Fish 的誕生,
不是為了做一碗普通的魚湯,而是從「風味文化」出發。
在一次又一次的反覆調整與測試中,
我們保留了酸、辣、麻的風味靈魂,
同時細緻調整口感與層次——

- 讓每一口都更貼近台灣人的飲食習慣
最終,成就了一碗——
既保有特色,又真正「適合日常」的酸椒魚湯。
On the streets of Taiwan, fried food culture has long been a part of everyday life.
But we kept asking ourselves one question—
Beyond “crispy,” can there be a flavor that leaves a deeper impression?
That’s how OH!Fish was born.
Not to create just another ordinary fish soup,
but to start from the essence of flavor culture.
Through countless rounds of refinement and testing,
we preserved the soul of sour, spicy, and numbing flavors,
while carefully enhancing the balance and texture—
